Strategy Audit

 

We examine how your existing strategy fares, identify the potential risks and unintended consequences associated with it, and help you choose the next steps.

In these situations we start by undertaking a strategic audit for our clients. The strategic audit incorporates the first two stages of the SDS Strategy Development process.

 

The benefit of the Strategic Audit is that the existing strategy can be mapped against the strategic architecture to identify the likely outcomes if implemented and the potential risks and unforeseen consequences of its implementation. If at this stage we identify that the strategy is flawed or that there are other more urgent priorities for the client, we can continue to the next stage of the Strategy Development process. If the strategy is sound we can document our findings and support our client to communicate it powerfully to their key stakeholders.

 

The SDS Strategy Audit takes 3 to 4 weeks.
